Normas y Políticas del Salón
To ensure the best experience for both our customers and our staff, we have established the following rules and policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Reservations and Deposit
To secure your appointment, we require a 10% deposit of the service cost. This deposit will be applied to the final payment. In case of cancellation, please notify us at least one day in advance. If this notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive late within this time, your service will be shortened to stay on schedule and ensure that other customers are not affected.
If you arrive late but notify us in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment or offer another option to respect both your time and the time of other customers.
Age Requirements
To maintain a calm and pleasant environment for all our customers, we do not allow unattended small children inside the salon.
Cell Phone Use
During the service, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone. Phone usage can interfere with the quality of the service and affect the timing of other customers.
Pets
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the salon. This includes potential allergies of other customers and the fear they may cause to some.
